Independent Group Training Guide
Designed primarily for team training settings. Get practical guidance on how to practise your new skills with colleagues, in groups of 5–7, with structured feedback rounds.

Summary
Final advice and a compact set of notes you can save on your phone, so the key ideas stay with you long after the course.

Mart Koldits
COURSE AUTOHOR & LEAD TRAINER
Mart Koldits is an actor, director and the founder of Anonymous Presenters. He is also a senior lecturer and the Chief Coordinator of the Department of Theatre at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theatre.
Mart’s approach to public speaking draws directly on actor training methodology: the same tools that enable a performer to be present, expressive and believable on stage are the ones that make a speaker compelling in a boardroom. His courses are built around one core idea that public speaking is the art of directing your own attention.
Mart has trained over 3,000 executives, opinion leaders and professionals in Estonia, and his online course brings that same rigour and warmth to a self-paced format.
